I need an Executive Assistant who’s more than a taskmaster—I need a partner. Someone who gets my pace (fast), my style (straight-up with a side of humor), and my heart (helping people, not just closing deals). You’ll be the calm to my storm, the detail ninja to my big-picture hustle, and the friendly face that keeps our clients and team sailing smooth. What You’ll Do With Me:

  • Run My World: Keep my calendar locked and loaded—scheduling client meetings, showings, and the occasional taco run (hey, it’s Austin). You’ll juggle time zones and deadlines like a pro, keeping me ahead of the game.
  • Talk the Talk: Manage my inbox, draft emails that sound like me (direct but warm), and be the voice clients trust when they call. You’ll chase updates from lenders, title folks, and agents—keeping everyone on track.
  • Paperwork Wizardry: Handle contracts, disclosures, and amendments with eagle-eye precision. You’ll collect signatures, triple-check details, and make sure we’re clear to close without a hitch.
  • Project Wingman: Help me brainstorm, research market trends, or prep a killer listing. You’ll coordinate photography, upload to MLS, and craft descriptions that make homes fly off the market.
  • Client Love: Track birthdays, send closing gifts, and follow up with clients like they’re family—because to us, they are.
  • Chaos Tamer: Schedule inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs. Coordinate signs, lockboxes, and repairs. Basically, you’ll keep the ship steady while I’m out there reeling in the big fish.

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got 3-5+ years in real estate admin or assistant roles—and have a Texas Real Estate License.
  • You’re a tech whiz—Google Workspace, CRMs (we use Copper), MLS systems—no problem.
  • You’re steady as a rock when things get wild, with a quiet confidence that says, “I’ve got this.”
  • You catch details others miss—missing signatures, off-market shifts, you name it.
  • You’ve got warmth and a little spark—enough to click with me, charm clients, and fit with our crew.

You’ll get $48,000 base + up to $20,000 in bonuses (think transaction wins), 21 days PTO, a flexible hybrid setup, and a slice of our profit share.
