We are a dynamic Outsourcing company committed to excellence and innovation. We are looking for a highly capable Virtual Real Estate Assistant to join our team.

The Role

TaskForge is seeking a dedicated virtual real estate assistant to be involved in our virtual assistance account department. You will deal between team members and clients, ensuring a smooth communication between them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls
  • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Preparing real estate forms and documents
  • Create marketing material including website content
  • Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback
  • Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials
  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
  • Preparing listing materials and posting property listings
  • Manage payments and expenses via online systems
  • Managing a client database and preparing reports
  • Assisting with closing processes
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience as Real Estate Virtual Assistant or similar roles
  • Degree education preferred
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong numeracy and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently
