Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking an Asset Analyst in Bel Air, MD to support financial and operational performance of a multifamily real estate portfolio. The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and ownership reporting, with close collaboration across Asset Management, Property Management, Accounting, and Ownership.

The analyst will work on financial modeling, market analysis, and KPI tracking, ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decision making for portfolio value optimisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of asset management, financial analysis, or multifamily operations.
• Strong understanding of multifamily property operations and real estate financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with property management software such as RealPage, Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio.

Responsibilities

• Analyze property and portfolio financial performance including NOI, occupancy, operating expenses, cash flow, and ROI.
• Review monthly financial statements, rent rolls, variance reports, balance sheets, and operating metrics.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investments, capital projects, and performance.
• Prepare asset performance reports for ownership and executive leadership.
• Extract and analyze data from property management systems and maintain data integrity.
