Bedrock is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the Asset Management team in maximizing value and returns for its Detroit and Cleveland real estate portfolio. The Asset Management Analyst supports the Asset Management team in maximizing the value, performance, and long-term returns of Bedrock's commercial real estate portfolio, including hospitality assets. This role provides financial analysis, operational reporting, market research, forecasting, and portfolio analytics to support asset-level decision making and portfolio performance. The Analyst works cross-functionally with Hospitality, Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing, FP&A, Accounting, Development, Construction, Capital Markets, and third-party operators, providing analytical and financial support for Bedrock’s diverse real estate portfolio, including hospitality assets, throughout downtown Detroit and Cleveland.
Bedrock is an in-person, five-day-a-week workplace. All team members are expected to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift. Some roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs. This flexibility is granted at the discretion of the Company and may be adjusted at any time. Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; occasional movement between buildings; ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
