• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in real estate accounting, asset management, or financial analysis.
• Experience working with third-party property managers preferred.
• Exposure to multifamily and commercial real estate preferred.

• Develop complex financial models to evaluate existing assets.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for commercial assets.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and prior periods.
• Collaborate with internal accounting teams to support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Assist with annual property budgets and reforecasts.
• Track and report capital expenditures and alignment with capital plans.
