Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field required.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in real estate accounting, asset management, or financial analysis preferred.
• Experience working with third-party property managers strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate existing assets.
• Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for commercial assets.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and prior periods; investigate and explain discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal accounting teams to support timely month-end close and reconciliations.
• Assist with annual property budgets and periodic reforecasts.
• Track and report capital expenditures and alignment with capital plans.
• Monitor property performance metrics, including NOI, occupancy, leasing activity, and capex.
• Support hold/sell analyses, valuations, and strategic recommendations.
