Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate or related analytical discipline.
• Must be located in New York, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations.

• Build and maintain models, reports and analytics supporting asset performance.
• Review financial statements, operating data and KPIs submitted by operators or tenants.
• Conduct competitive and market analyses to support strategy and decision-making.
• Assist with budget cycles, reforecasts, capital plans and recurring performance evaluations.
• Prepare reporting and presentation materials for asset managers and leadership.
• Maintain accurate asset-level data and support system updates.
• Support transitions, strategic evaluations and special projects as needed.
