Ventas, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst in Asset Management to support portfolio performance through financial analysis, reporting and operational insights. You will evaluate asset-level performance, monitor KPIs and assist with budgeting, reforecasting and market research.

The role involves preparing materials for portfolio reviews and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a 1+ year track record in financial analysis, a Finance/Econ/Real Estate/Accounting

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate or related analytical discipline.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Must be located in New York, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to adapt to a blended work environment with 3-days in office and remote work

Mansioni

• Build and maintain models, reports and analytics supporting asset performance.
• Review financial statements, operating data and KPIs submitted by operators or tenants.
• Conduct competitive and market analyses to support strategy and decision-making.
• Assist with budget cycles, reforecasts, capital plans and recurring performance evaluations.
• Prepare reporting and presentation materials for asset managers and leadership.
• Maintain accurate asset-level data and support system updates.
• Support transitions, strategic evaluations and special projects as needed.
