Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years related work experience in commercial real estate.
• BS/BA degree required.
• Argus experience preferred.
• Proficiency in finance, operations and accounting principles in CRE; knowledge of commercial office or retail is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update forecasting models and budgets for existing portfolio using ARGUS and Excel.
• Contribute to standard monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.
• Prepare asset management reporting and lead variance-to-budget analyses.
• Analyze portfolio operations, capital investments, and cost-revenue initiatives to identify savings.
• Assist with annual property budgets and data-efficiency tools development.
• Track long-term capital budgets and ensure major documents are compliant.
