Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related commercial real estate experience.
• BS/BA degree required.
• Argus experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update forecasting models and budgets using ARGUS and Excel.
• Contribute to standard monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.
• Prepare asset management reporting.
• Lead monthly variance to budget and generate portfolio performance reports.
• Analyze portfolio operations and plans to identify cost savings and revenue opportunities.
