Qualifications

• Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027-June 2029.
• A strong passion for real estate and project management.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience with excel.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams.
• Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.

• Assist in analyzing monthly performance and budget projections, comparing them to the annual management plan

Compensation

• The hourly rate for this position is $25-$30 per hour
