Job summary

Related Commercial Management Company (RCMC) seeks an Analyst (Asset Management) to analyze data and own portfolio assignments across its prestigious CRE assets in New York. You will forecast cash flows with ARGUS and Excel, contribute to monthly and annual reporting, and help optimize operations and budgets across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in commercial real estate.
• BS/BA degree required.
• Argus experience preferred.
• Finance, operations and accounting basics in CRE.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and grow with the team.
• Ability to collaborate with property management and ownership teams.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting models and budgets using ARGUS and Excel.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
• Assist with asset management reporting.
• Lead monthly variance-to-budget process and portfolio reports.
• Analyze portfolio operations to identify cost savings and revenue opportunities.
• Contribute to property budgets with PM input.
• Develop reporting/data efficiency tools.
• Review capital plans and long-term budgets.
• Ensure compliance with loan/management/lease documents.
• Collaborate with leadership to solve challenges.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for the portfolio.
• Travel to properties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
