Description Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy talking to people? We’re looking for a motivated remote appointment setter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in selling their property. You’ll manage new leads, build rapport over the phone, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions team. If you have experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or appointment setting—and love hitting daily targets—this could be the perfect fit for you. Responsibilities: Responsibilities • Be a positive first impression of the company to prospective clients • Reaching out to new leads within 5 minutes of them coming into our CRM • Have quality conversations with prospective home sellers that create a positive customer experience • Having phone conversations with leads who are potentially interested in selling a property, to find out if they are qualified and meet our company criteria • Maintaining a 70% or higher contact rate on all leads • Setting 2-3 qualified appointments with prospective sellers every day • Ensure that lead cadences are being followed on all un-contacted leads • Maintain long-term follow-up on leads • 20% minimum closing ratio on your set appointments Qualifications: Qualifications • Conversational skills • Organizational skills • Works effectively with little to no direct supervision • Quick to learn new software and technology needed to complete the job • Speak English fluently • Effective communication skills over the phone Compensation There is a base salary plus bonuses based on performance $1,000 - $1,600 monthly Compensation: $15,600 - $25,000 yearly
