Overton Moore Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivables Specialist to support our real estate development and property management operations in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County, CA.

This role manages end-to-end invoice processing, payments, vendor relations, and AR posting across a diverse property portfolio. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in AP/AR within real estate, strong Excel and familiarity with Sage, Yardi, MRI, and online banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred in Accounting/Finance.
• 2–3 years AP/AR experience in real estate development or property management.
• Proficiency with Sage, Yardi, MRI, and online banking portals (Positive Pay, check-run procedures).
• Advanced Excel skills and 10-key proficiency with high accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end AP/AR processes for a diversified real estate portfolio.
• Process invoices and payments; ensure correct accounting period and vendor setup.
• Post tenant charges and receipts; manage AR reports and ledgers for PM team.
• Prepare 1099/1096 forms and maintain audit-ready backups.
