Wawa Real Estate Internship Program (Summer 2027) is a full-time, seasonal internship that runs May 17, 2027 – August 05, 2027 in Media, PA. The role is 37.5 hours per week at $18.00/hour, onsite four days per week.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• Expected graduation between Spring 2028 and Spring 2030.
• Onsite at Wawa Corporate Headquarters in Media, PA, four days per week throughout the internship.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship, project, or leadership experience in Real Estate is preferred.
• Experience with data analytics tools (GIS, Python, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate projects that drive store growth and property management initiatives.
• Analyze location, market, and operational data to identify trends for decision-making.
• Assist with reporting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analytics across Real Estate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination and process improvements.
• Maintain data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and support business systems initiatives.
• Build presentations and reports to support strategic planning and operations.
