Strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities.
Understanding of commercial real estate valuation and investment fundamentals.
Ability to work across multiple asset classes and investment strategies.
Based in California or willing to relocate to Irvine.

Responsabilités

Underwrite and analyze potential real estate acquisitions.
Develop financial models, cash flow projections, and investment return analyses.
Support due diligence, market research, and transaction execution.
Assist with asset management activities, including portfolio performance monitoring, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Prepare investment materials and presentations for senior leadership.
Collaborate with the investment team on acquisitions and existing portfolio strategies.
