Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits, based upon prior relevant experience

Role Summary

This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential, combining business development, marketing coordination, and leasing support. You will identify and qualify tenant prospects, maintain listings and CRM data, and support transactions from initial outreach through lease execution. The ideal candidate has a strong business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Conduct outbound prospecting: cold calling, walk neighborhoods, meet existing retail operators, distribute flyers, and leave no stone unturned
• Qualify leads and refer viable opportunities to Leasing Team

Marketing & Listings

• Manage our outbound marketing programs, including CoStar/LoopNet, Crexi, the Buildout syndicated network, our company website, etc.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain lead records and activity tracking

Tenant Underwriting

• Obtain and review prospective tenants' financial statements and credit information
• Assess and make recommendations based on financial strength and credit profile

Deal Support

• Assist with drafting letters of intent
• Track term sheets through execution
• Provide administrative support to the leasing function

Qualifications
