Overview

Hirewell has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Real Estate Analyst by a global, full-service real estate investment firm. Our client provides customized investment solutions across retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use portfolios.

This individual will support asset management and acquisitions through financial analysis, modeling, underwriting, and due diligence. They are looking for someone proficient in Excel and Argus.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: analyze operating and financial reports and prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio reports, as well as ad hoc management reports for clients and asset managers.
• Budgeting: coordinate preparation of property business plans and annual operating budgets with property managers.
• Cash Flow: prepare cash flow models to analyze portfolio performance, property valuation, and lease economics. Prepare and present long-term cash flow forecasts.
• CapEx: coordinate capital improvement projects, tenant improvement projects, major repairs, and maintenance projects with property management personnel.
• Relationship Management: coordinate activities of outside consultants and analyze reports including appraisals, environmental, and insurance.
• Due Diligence: provide due diligence support for acquisitions and dispositions.
