Crown Homes Real Estate invites you to run your own real estate business with robust infrastructure, tech tools and coaching. This remote/field-based role serves Maryland agents with access to a complete tech stack, training, leads and support, while preserving independence and a high commission split.

Expect earnings from $50,000 to $250,000 based on performance, activity and production in a flexible, commission-based environment with no mandatory monthly fees.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor able to operate a personal business.
• Access to technology, training, coaching and brokerage support.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert to clients.
• Manage real estate transactions end-to-end.
