Crown Homes Real Estate offers an independent contractor environment where you run your own real estate business with robust technology, training, and support. You can work remotely across Maryland, backed by Crown’s ecosystem of tools and coaching to grow your activity and earnings.

The role is commission-based, with expected earnings ranging from $50,000 to $250,000, depending on your production and performance.

Serving Maryland | Remote / Field-Based

Crown Homes is fully set up to support agents remotely throughout Maryland. While we do not currently have a physical office in the state, we are actively evaluating future office locations as we continue to grow. Agents have full access to our technology, training, coaching, and brokerage support wherever they are located.
