Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking motivated agents to join as independent contractors serving Delaware and Southeast Pennsylvania with remote/field-based work. You run your business while Crown backs you with technology, leads, training and brokerage support.

Expect earnings between $50,000 and $250,000 with an 80/20 commission split and no monthly fees. This role offers flexibility to build your own real estate business while leveraging Crown's resources.

Build your business throughout Delaware and Southeast Pennsylvania with access to Crown Homes offices in Hockessin, Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, and Lewes, Delaware, as well as West Chester, Pennsylvania, along with our technology, training, and brokerage support.
