Job summary

Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking motivated real estate professionals to join as independent contractors. You run your business with full access to Crown Homes’ technology, leads, coaching, and support, while enjoying a favorable 80/20 commission split and no monthly or desk fees.

We serve Maryland remotely, with flexible field-based opportunities across the state. Earn between $50,000 and $250,000 depending on production, activity, and performance.

Crown Homes is fully set up to support agents remotely throughout Maryland. While we do not currently have a physical office in the state, we are actively evaluating future office locations as we continue to grow. Agents have full access to our technology, training, coaching, and brokerage support wherever they are located.
