Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking independent contractors to build their own real estate business in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. You will leverage Crown Homes' technology, leads, and support while earning on a commission-based model with an 80/20 split and a solo-agent cap.

Access to a Plano office, training, coaching, and a full suite of tools is provided to help you grow, with no ongoing monthly brokerage fees. Remote/field-based work is supported to maximize your earnings potential.
