Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking motivated REALTORS who want to run their own business with Crown's infrastructure behind them.

As a remote/field-based partner serving Delaware and Southeast Pennsylvania, you control your schedule, build your client base, and earn commissions with an 80/20 split and no monthly desk fees. Training, leads, and robust technology are provided to help you scale.

Formación

• Licensed real estate agent in good standing.
• Experience with prospecting and client development.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage your own real estate business.
• Leverage Crown Homes tools to generate leads.
• Represent buyers and sellers in local markets.
