• Experience with real estate platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach experienced agents to improve performance and navigate challenges.
• Provide transactional and paperwork assistance, general advice, and marketing guidance to agents.
• Attend agent broker tours, client events, and milestones to support retention.
• Lead small-group training and business planning for new agents.
