Job summary

The Professional Development Consultant at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. collaborates with Coldwell Banker Realty to accelerate agent productivity and retention through coaching, facilitation, and content development for local leadership.

You will deliver 1:1 coaching, group sessions, and regional initiatives, aligning agents with Coldwell Banker’s value proposition and learning ecosystem across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in agent development, performance coaching, brokerage enablement, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of the real estate lifecycle, transaction flow, and the business drivers that impact agent productivity.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills across varied audiences.
• Preferred: prior experience with Coldwell Banker or CIH systems, tools, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Agent Support (70%): Facilitate group, 1:1, and cohort-based sessions to drive productivity and platform adoption; Identify agent needs and coordinate with field leaders.
• Regional Liaison (25%): Partner with Regional Presidents and RVPs, share field trends, participate in leadership meetings, source development tools, and support local initiatives.
• Cross-Enterprise Collaboration (5%): Collaborate with CIH brand professional development teams, ensuring consistent messaging and onboarding across brands.
