Job summary
Awicho Properties is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent based in Fairfax, VA, to guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process. You will conduct showings, prepare contracts, coordinate inspections, and close deals while building a sustainable book of business.
Ideal candidates have an active real estate license, strong client service orientation, and proven negotiation and closing experience.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate transactions.
- Excellent client service orientation focused on relationships.
- Proven sales, lead generation, negotiation and closing experience.
- Understanding of property laws, contracts, and local regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and online marketing.
Responsibilities
- Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process.
- Meet with clients, conduct property showings, and prepare disclosures.
- Review contracts, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and manage milestones.
- Generate and nurture leads and maintain a referral network.
- Collaborate with team using technology and mentorship to grow a book of business.
