Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Chicago to be the first point of contact for our customers and their account manager from day one. You will support clients with understanding Compass, training on our tools, marketing requests and more.

As an AEM you are passionate about customers and delivering a world class experience, promoting adoption of Compass technology, providing 1:1 and group trainings, and collaborating with onboarding, expansion efforts and other teams to drive

Qualifications

2–3 years in customer service or related roles.
Experience with real estate a plus.
Experience with live or remote training a plus.
Experience with enterprise tech platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact.
Promote adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 and group trainings.
Provide marketing support and collateral creation; liaise with marketing specialists.
Collaborate with Onboarding and Expansion teams on strategy and logistics.
Mentor Agent Experience Coordinators and escalate issues as needed.
Champion a positive culture and drive change within the team.
