Job summary

Mark Brower Properties seeks a licensed Real Estate Agent to join as an Inside Sales agent and Client Advocate. You’ll manage incoming leads, connect clients to investment opportunities, and leverage a 400+ investor client base. A dedicated Transaction Coordinator supports you, with base plus commission compensation and uncapped earnings.

This role blends office and field work, emphasizing service and relationship-building in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent with AZ license

Responsibilities

Real Estate is not slowing down at Mark Brower Properties. We are looking for a licensed Real Estate agent to join our top-performing team as an Inside Sales agent and Client Advocate. An opportunity to utilize your professional sales and customer service skills to drive your own success!

This is more than just a sales job; this is a service role in our company. You would be the connector between our current clients and their next real estate investment opportunity.

This Opportunity Provides:

• All incoming leads so there is NO Prospecting.
• An opportunity to leverage our current client base of over 400 Investors.
• Full time support from our dedicated Transaction Coordinator.
• Base plus commission (expected first year total compensation $73,000-$130,000+).
• Uncapped Commissions!
