• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Convert a high volume of leads to appointments.
• Conduct one open house monthly.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team calls.
• Commit to weekly coaching sessions and trainings.
