Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional (RE license) is required.
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Commit to weekly coaching and trainings.
• Consult with sellers to list and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies and staging knowledge.

• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
