Shorewest, Wisconsin's largest family-owned real estate company, hires and trains new real estate agents at our Door County Northern office — no prior real estate experience required. New agents start with leads, marketing support, and hands-on mentorship to build a thriving business in Sister Bay and Door County.

You'll learn to work with buyers and sellers, host showings, and grow a repeat-and-referral business through Shorewest's Success Track.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license.
• Self-motivated and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide home buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing
• Follow up on company-provided leads and build your own client base
• Host showings and open houses, with your marketing team behind you
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts to a smooth close
• Grow a repeat-and-referral business through Shorewest's Success Track program
