Shorewest, Wisconsin's established real estate company, invites motivated agents to Cedarburg and Ozaukee County. No prior real estate experience required; we train you to earn a Wisconsin real estate license and build a business around it.

New agents receive leads, marketing support, mentorship, and our Success Track program. Compensation is 100% commission, with typical earnings spanning a broad range as you grow your client base and closing activity.
