Shorewest invites motivated individuals to join their real estate agent team in Mountain, Wisconsin. New agents receive leads, support from a dedicated marketing team, hands-on mentorship, and access to Shorewest's Success Track training.

Compensation is 100% commission, with typical annual earnings between $75,000 and $250,000 and no cap on income. The program supports licensing and ongoing guidance across Mountain, Oconto County and the Northwoods.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working evenings or weekends when clients need you.
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate license — we'll help

Responsibilities

• Guide home buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing
• Follow up on company-provided leads and build your own client base
• Host showings and open houses, with your marketing team behind you
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions and preparing homes for sale
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through contracts to a smooth close
