Windermere Real Estate in Sacramento is seeking a motivated Broker to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through home buying and selling journeys, not just a salesperson.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, performing CMAs, preparing contracts, updating listings, and professionally marketing properties to buyers and investors. Ideal candidate is licensed or enrolled in real estate, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or currently enrolled in real estate education.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for property visits and meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the country.
• Must be going into real estate as a Full-Time agent.
