Windermere Real Estate in California is seeking a motivated Broker to join our collaborative team. You will guide clients through buying or selling journeys as a trusted advisor, handling contracts, negotiations, and market analyses with integrity and care.

The role emphasizes client relationships, professional presentation of properties, and a supportive environment with training and lead programs. Full-time, commission-based compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for property visits and client meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be going into real estate as a Full-Time agent.

Responsabilités
