Role Description

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Jacksonville, FL. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, and investors, guiding them through property searches, showings, offers, negotiations, and closings. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, responding to inquiries, conducting market research and comparative market analyses, and maintaining detailed client records. The role involves preparing and presenting listings, coordinating marketing activities, hosting open houses, and collaborating with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other partners to help ensure smooth transactions. The agent will uphold high standards of professional ethics, provide responsive customer service, and contribute to the team’s overall sales goals.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License in Florida and a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including buying, selling, and investing
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed performance targets
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and advocate for client interests
• Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Effective negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
• Comfort with real estate technology platforms, MLS systems, and basic office software
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings and client meetings
• Prior experience in residential real estate, property management, or investment properties is a plus
