What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full‑time availability including evenings and weekends—this is a high‑volume production role—not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Jacksonville‑area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Coachable, self‑motivated, and results‑driven—you thrive in a high‑accountability environment
