Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Houston, TX. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, nurturing leads, maintaining regular communication with current and past clients, and providing market insights and pricing recommendations. The agent will collaborate with team members on marketing strategies, manage listings on MLS and online platforms, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with local and state regulations. The role also involves representing The Bridge Group's commitment to client-centric service, attending team meetings and trainings, and actively engaging in local networking to grow business.

Qualifications
