Next Season Homes is seeking full-time licensed real estate agents who want a steady flow of buyer and seller clients without chasing leads. Our team generates the leads and refers them to you; you handle the client and the transaction from first contact to closing.

You’ll gain visibility with military families around Fort Bragg and Fayetteville, support from team lead Bianca Hill, and collaboration on social posts and videos.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent for the state
• Wamiliar with Fort Bragg and Fayetteville market is a plus
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing client from contract to close
• Bonus for military family familiarity or veteran status

Next Season Homes is a real estate team under LPT Realty serving military families around Fort Bragg and Fayetteville. Many of our clients are PCSing, using VA loans, or buying from out of state. We understand that life because we live it, and we’re growing the team to keep up with the families reaching out to us.

The role

We’re looking for full-time licensed agents who want a steady source of buyer and seller clients without spending their time and money chasing leads. Our team generates the leads and refers them to you. You handle the client and the transaction from first conversation to closing.

What you get

• Support from team lead Bianca Hill. Have a question about a client, a contract, or the local market? Bianca is there to help. She’ll also introduce you to trusted vendors and walk you through how buying and selling work in this market.
• Your name in front of military families. You’ll be featured on our website and in our buyer, seller, and VA loan guides that families download when they’re planning a move.
• Help being found on Google. Our website is built so military families searching for help with a PCS move can find us. As part of the team, your profile lives there too, so you get that visibility without building your own website.
• Social media collaborations that grow your own business. We create posts and videos together that go out on both our accounts and yours. You reach our audience, build your own following, and attract your own clients.
• A social media manager in your corner. You’ll get one‑on‑one guidance on what to post, how often, and how to show up online, even if social media isn’t your thing.

Compensation

• Team-referred buyer clients: 45% of the commission
• Team-referred seller clients: 50% of the commission
• Your own clients: you keep 90% of the commission

What we’re looking for

• Licensed with LPT Realty or open to joining
• Able to run a transaction independently from contract to close
• Comfortable sharing photos and video from showings for team content
• Bonus if you’re a military spouse, veteran, or know military life
