Whether you're newly licensed or still working toward your South Carolina real estate license, this is a launchpad. You don't need a book of business or years of experience — you need drive, people skills, and a willingness to learn a proven system. We'll handle the training, mentorship, tools, and structure.

What you'll do

• Help buyers and sellers through the purchase and sale of homes across the Upstate.
• Prospect, build relationships, and grow a referral‑based client pipeline.
• Host showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
• Manage transactions from contract to close with support from our staff and systems.
• Learn and apply KW's lead‑generation models through coaching and accountability.

• KSCORE (get licensed for free). Not licensed yet? KW's KSCORE scholarship covers 100% of your pre‑licensing tuition through Kaplan's online real estate school, so cost is no longer the barrier to starting.

Compensation

Commission‑based with uncapped earning potential. Our cap‑and‑profit‑share model is designed so producing agents keep more of what they earn as the year goes on. No salary; income reflects your effort and results.
