Job summary

RGroup Realty & Property Management in Tucson, AZ is seeking a relationship-driven Real Estate Agent / Realtor to serve as an Adopting Agent in our Golden Handoff/Transitioning Agent Program.

You will convert warm introductions from retiring or transitioning agents into active buyer and seller clients, build a long-term pipeline through referrals, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth, compliant transactions.

Qualifications

• Active AZ real estate license is required.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm introductions into signed clients using a structured handoff process.
• Represent home sellers: pricing strategy, listing presentation, marketing plan, showings, negotiation, contract-to-close.
• Represent home buyers: consultation, showings, offers, negotiation, timeline management, communication through closing.
• Build a long-term pipeline through database follow-up, market updates, equity reviews, and referral systems.
• Work closely with internal operations and transaction support to ensure clean, compliant transactions.
