Join a team with 20+ years of experience and the PLACE platform, and gain access to resources that help you generate leads, convert prospects, and close transactions.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with active license.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch - 90 Day Training.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct 1–2 open houses weekly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Consult with buyers, show them homes and write offers.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers & buyers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology.

Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
