You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities:

1. Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research.
2. Follow up on all leads and requests for information.
3. Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close.
4. Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales.
5. Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract.

Qualifications:

1. 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred.
2. Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work.
3. Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
