This role offers a base salary with commission, and opportunity for high total compensation. Ideal candidates have 4–10 years in sales, hold or will obtain a real estate license within 90 days, and thrive in an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years in sales or business development required.
• Must possess a real estate license or obtain one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with home sellers and manage client relationships.
• Participate in acquiring properties, make offers based on market trends.
• Generate leads and network with local real estate professionals.
• Negotiate and close transactions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and operations teams.
• Travel to properties for site visits and client meetings.
