Job summary

You will perform market research, assist with financial modeling, review offering memoranda, and help with due diligence and property tours.

You will prepare investment presentations, maintain deal trackers, and coordinate with construction management and development teams, gaining hands-on experience across the acquisitions

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge and interest in Real Estate and Real Property concepts.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development, including project timelines, budgets, and value-add strategies.
• Sales and Customer Service skills to support broker relationships, investor communications, and professional interactions.
• Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills (e.g., Excel, basic underwriting, and data analysis).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant coursework toward a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
