Job summary

MLG Capital's Acquisitions & Capital Team Internship offers undergraduates the chance to gain hands-on experience in a well-established real estate investment firm. Interns will develop underwriting skills for multifamily and commercial properties, participate in due diligence, and review financial and operating data.

You will contribute to acquisitions, asset management, fundraising, and investor communications, with guidance from Associates, AVPs and VPs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled undergraduate pursuing Accounting, Finance or Real Estate with anticipated graduation Fall 2027 – Spring 2028.
• GPA 3.5+ required.
• Finance or real estate coursework/experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills required.
• Proficient in Excel; strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite multifamily and commercial properties using Argus and Excel.
• Conduct market and demographic research for real estate assets.
• Analyze property financial data and prepare reports.
• Support due diligence, LOIs and closing statements.
• Assist in investor materials and communications.
