Genuine Search Group is seeking an Analyst/Associate for its acquisitions team in Manhattan. You will conduct financial analysis, build models to evaluate asset income potential, review cash flows, and support investment decisions with clear presentations.

The role requires 2-4 years of real estate acquisitions experience, residential experience preferred, and strong Excel skills. On-site (5 days/week) at the Manhattan office, with participation in market research and stakeholder presentations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and create financial models/valuations to evaluate asset income potential, cash flows, and IRR.
• Review documents for risks or issues associated with potential assets.
