Job summary

Fifteen Group Capital LLC is seeking an Acquisition Analyst in Miami to support sourcing, underwriting, market research, and transaction execution. You will work directly with the Acquisition Associate and Director of Investments on live deals across Florida, California, and Texas, building financial models and preparing investment materials from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in real estate acquisitions or related analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for acquisition opportunities.
• Underwrite value-add business plans with renovation cost assumptions and rent growth projections.
• Analyze rent rolls and historical financial performance for target acquisitions.
• Support debt structuring and capital stack scenarios under senior guidance.
• Prepare market intelligence and deal materials for senior leadership.
