Job summary

Blackstone seeks an Associate in New York to support the Innovation team's strategic plan and drive AI-enabled real estate initiatives. You will prepare communications for stakeholders, deepen expertise in underwriting and forecasting, and become the SME for internal tools while helping standardize processes.

You will lead AI training, showcase practical AI workflows, and evaluate new tools, collaborating across Real Estate, technology and leadership to advance adoption.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in real estate or related analytical roles.
• Undergraduate degree; CS/Math background preferred but not required.
• Genuine interest in AI, tech and innovation with initiative.
• Hands-on fluency with enterprise AI tools or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Innovation team's strategic plan across sectors.
• Produce materials and updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Develop expertise in Real Estate workflows like underwriting and forecasting.
• Serve as SME for firm tools, maintaining and troubleshooting systems.
• Lead AI training sessions and raise AI literacy across the team.
• Capture best prompts and use cases; share across the group.
• Evaluate new third‑party AI tools and attend industry events.
• Communicate progress, risks and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
